Hotel Policies
Pay Now rates are fully pre-paid and nonrefundable. You will not receive a refund on these rates, even with two days’ notice or more of cancellation.
Pay Later rates require a one-night deposit for specialty suites and specialty accommodations. For any cancellations on Pay Later rates for standard guestrooms, notice by 4pm 72 hours before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax. Three days’ notice is required for suites. Seven days’ notice is required for specialty accommodations, including Connecting Rooms, Terrace House Suite, and Arbor House Suite. If you simply don't show up, we’ll charge one night's stay plus tax to the credit card on file. Exceptions may apply - please see rate rules.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. You must be age 21 or older to check in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $150 per night on your credit card. Cash payment is not accepted.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you— just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
Standard Nashville taxes and tourism assessments are applied to all reservations.
A daily $30 amenity fee per room, exclusive of tax, is applied at the time of check-in. This fee is separate from your room rate and offers unique amenities including:
Audi e-tron house car service
Mind and Movement fitness and wellness experiences
Nature-inspired programming and events
Lobby Farmstand with fresh seasonal fruit
Pet beds for our four-legged guests
Your pet is welcome here! Just add them to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know they'll be joining you. If your room gets dirty, a $150 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules.
Valet service is offered for hotel guests at the below rates per day plus tax.
0-4 hours: $15
4-8 hours: $30
8+ hours: $50
Overnight with in-and-out privileges: $65
1 Hotel Nashville is a smoke-free property. Smoking in guestrooms or suites will incur a fee of $500 per standard guestroom, $1,000 per suite, $1,500 for Panoramic One Bedroom Suites, or $2,000 for Terrace House Suite and Arbor House Suite.
