Start your Saturday mornings in January with the perfect balance of hydration, movement, and connection at Grounded & Well-Rounded – a special wellness series held by 1 Hotel Nashville, GOODONYA Organic Hydration™, and local Nashville pilates studio. 

Combining the best of mind and body, guests can ease into the weekend with a one-hour mat Pilates session led by Forza Pilates, followed by mixing, mingling, and special beverages served by GOODONYA Organic Hydration. To extend the wellness experience, guests will go home with a curated gift bag, along with an exclusive discount to 1 Kitchen – the hotel’s signature restaurant serving seasonal, locally sourced dishes.*

Classes will be held on January 18, January 25, and February 1 starting promptly at 10 a.m. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the class to allow for parking and check-in. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Valet will be validated at class check in.
