Absolutely. We change over the linens in guest rooms every third day, or when requested. As a best practice, we do not change towels that are hanging up.
Yes, we do! Some of our food waste will go to local farmers for pig feed. Food waste and compostable food ware will all go to Heart & Soul Organics to be processed back into soil amendments, which we can use in our rooftop garden and landscaping. Donatable food will go to a local food pantry to give to those in need.

There are limited transportation options available on Kauaʻi. Most visitors rent a car for the duration of their stay. Taxis and private car transportation services are available and require advance reservations. Should you need assistance booking your transportation, please contact our guest experience team. Uber is available but very limited on the island. We highly recommend renting a car while visiting Kaua’i. You can find more information on how to get around the island here.

Yes. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. We just require that a credit card authorization form be filled out prior to check-out, or the card be physically presented with an ID.
Our standard deposit policy requires a 2-night non-refundable deposit at 14 days prior to arrival. Our “Pay Now” rates required a full advance deposit of the entire stay including taxes that is non-refundable and non-changeable.

A daily $59 resort fee per room, exclusive of tax, is applied at the time of check-in.
