Pay Now rate: Non-refundable, non-exchangeable or transferrable and fully pre-paid. 
Pay Later rates must cancel by 6pm 1day prior to arrival to avoid 1 night penalty.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book.

• To reserve a room: 18 years old 
• To check in: 18 years or have an Unaccompanied Minor Consent Form completed and submitted by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult
• Valid ID must be presented at check-in
• Credit Card used for payment must be presented at check-in; cash not accepted
• Nightly hold for incidental charges
• Access to The Field House; our gym, with world-class equipment and trainers: 16 years old if accompanied by an adult, or 18 years: appropriate exercise clothing and footwear is required
• Indoor Pool access is for 18 years, or accompanied by an adult: appropriate bathers are required or swim nappies for children under 3 years
• Sauna & Steam room access is for 16 years when accompanied by an adult
• Alcoholic beverages & alcohol in mini-bar: 18 years old

Must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly ahead of time to arrange for third party billing.

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax. 

Late check-out fees are as follows: 50% of room/suite rate for late check-out before 15:00, full nightly rate for late check-out after 15:00.

Standard GST of 10% applies to all reservations.  $80 extra adult charge applies.

• We welcome up to 2 dogs up per guest, up to 12kg free of charge.

• Water bowl, food bowl, and pet beds are available
• Pets must be fully trained kept on leash when on hotel property or in hotel and must not be left unattended.
• Please note, if your room gets dirty as a result of your pet, a $150 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay

We are delighted to offer this services to all of our guests, giving you peace of mind with regards to the safety of your vehicle whilst it is parked in the city. It is highly recommended that you pre-book this service.
