A Dark Sky Meditation

Our third event with wellness expert Charlotte Singmin embraces 1 Hotel Toronto's Dark Sky practice.
This is an evening experience where all off non-essential light is turned off to bring awareness to energy conversation.
Light pollution can disrupt wildlife, impacts human health, contributes to climate change, and blocks our view of the universe.
With that in mind, this candlelit meditation class aims to bring clarity and clear views for intention setting.
Only 12 spots are available making this evening class is incredibly intimate.
Guests can look forward to, a seated breath-work, reiki healing, visualization, releasing meditation and journaling.
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably. Meditation cushions will be provided.
