Pressed Flower Workshop ft. Violetear Studio

Join Jill Sowards of Violetear Studio to learn how to make beautiful pressed flowers in this hands-on workshop. Guests will choose from a selection of locally-grown flowers and will learn techniques for pressing and saving specific blooms. They'll receive instruction in how to mount and frame pressed flowers for display, and practice making their own pressed flower art on a variety of paper types. In addition to your own flower press and mounted artwork to take home, students will receive a journal for note-taking along with step by step instructions for continuing the process at home. This is an all-levels workshop, and no prior experience is required.
