Enjoy daily access to an extensive schedule of guided fitness classes focused on cardio, strength training and custom outdoor adventures, including guided hikes and river kayaking. Decompress with a daily recovery session in our infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber or Somadome meditation pod post workout.

Refine your personal wellbeing with a private consultation with Precision Wellbeing, where our experts will create custom IV therapy, formulated specifically for your body chemistry.
Day 4
Nurture mind, body, and spirit with your choice of experiences at the Bamford Wellness Spa. Choose from our relaxing 60-minute massage, facial or body treatment.
