An immersive dive into the flavors, techniques, and traditions behind Hawaii’s beloved poke bowl. In this 1-hour, hands-on class, participants will learn how to make a classic Hawaiian poke from start to finish, using fresh, local fish and vibrant toppings ($165pp)
