Discover the art and science of ceviche in this engaging 1-hour class. Participants will learn to balance flavors and textures by focusing on using fresh, local ingredients. This hands-on experience allows guests to prepare and customize their own ceviche bowls using vibrant, tropical ingredients. ($165pp)
