1 Box Session

Find your inner strength by utilizing martial arts movements that help increase mobility, raise body awareness, build endurance skills, sharpen mental focus, and learn fundamental self-defense while activating all the muscle groups. 

*A fee of $35 per person will be applied upon reserving your spot. A full no-show fee per person applies if not canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
