Your Slow Living Retreat package allows you to completely unplug - not having to think, plan, or worry - simply unwind and receive.

Blue Zones are considered a powerful and dynamic lifestyle. At the Slow Living Retreat, we implement evidence-based solutions to support you living optimally and longer.

We will do a movement class per day so you may want a couple workout outfits.
Definitely bring some walking shoes in case we go for a walk in the park together.

Check in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM. We will be ready and waiting.
