Audi and 1 Hotels have been long-time partners. How did this sponsorship come to fruition?

Collaborating with 1 Hotels strengthens the Audi mission to work with like-minded organizations that stand for living progress and creating a more electrified and sustainable future. Both brands share a commitment towards electrification, more sustainable mobility, investing in community projects, giving back to society and the environment, and trying to use resources responsibly as part of a larger effort to become net-carbon neutral.

How is Audi driving sustainability?

At Audi, the future is electric. We are working towards creating a more sustainable future, which includes our commitment to phase out the production of combustion cars by 2033. To meet these ambitious goals, we’re continuously innovating and exploring a variety of approaches to help us get there. 

How does the Audi e-tron help support your sustainability efforts?

In 2018, we launched the Audi e-tron, our first fully electric vehicle. Since then, Audi has expanded our line of electric vehicles to five models, with more to come. The Audi Q8 e-tron and the Audi Q8 e-tron Sportback are manufactured at Audi Brussels, which is the world’s first carbon-neutral high-volume production facility in the premium segment.*

The latest iteration of Audi’s flagship electric SUV—the Audi Q8 e-tron has been refined with increased driving range, faster and easier charging capabilities, and improved driving dynamics from the previous generation Audi e-tron.**

Recently, 1 Hotels rolled out Audi Excursions, which allow guests to explore our cities through a curated itinerary while traveling via e-tron.
