Pay Now rates: Non-refundable, non exchangeable or transferrable and fully pre-paid. You will not receive a refund on these rates.

Pay Later rates: require a one-night deposit for specialty suites and specialty accommodations.

Rooms: for any cancellations on Pay Later rates for standard guestrooms, notice by 12pm one day before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax.

Speciality Suites: for any cancellations on Pay Later rates for Specialty Suites, notice by 12pm three day before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax.

Signature Suites:
1 to 6 night stay: for any cancellations on Pay Later rates for Park Suites, Garden Terrace Suite, Piccadilly Greenhouse Suite, Dover Terrace House and Park Penthouse, notice fourteen days before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax & one night deposit of the stay is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit is fully refundable up until fourteen days prior to arrival.

7 nights plus stay: for any cancellations on Pay Later rates for Park Suites, Garden Terrace Suite, Piccadilly Greenhouse Suite, Dover Terrace House and Park Penthouse, notice fourteens days before arrival is required to avoid a fee of one night’s rate plus tax A 50% deposit of the stay is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit is fully refundable up until 7 days prior to arrival.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.

Check-in after 3PM.

Check-out ends at 12PM.

You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay in the hotel.

Hotel amenities are for registered guests only.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, a hold of £150 per day will be placed on your credit card and we will authorize additional funds as needed based on your incurring incidental charges.

1 Hotel Mayfair is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of £500 per room and £1,000 per suite will be charged if smoke is detected. Please note that smoking is permitted on our balconies and terraces only if door is closed between room and outside space or additional deep cleaning fees will apply.

Must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly ahead of time to arrange for third party billing.

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee depending on booked a cancellation policy of your reservation. Late check-out fees are as follows: 50% of room/suite rate for late check-out before 15:00, full nightly rate for late check-out after 15:00, subject to availability. 

Standard VAT of 20% applies to all reservations. £50 extra adult charge applies. A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bill upon check-out, which is distributed amongst our team members.

Your pet is welcome here! Just add them to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know they'll be joining you. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Please familiarise yourself with the house rules.
