Move, play, and connect in a joyful 40-minute yoga session designed for children (ages 3–7) and their parents! With movement, music, and imagination, we’ll explore mindfulness, build confidence, and share meaningful moments together.
After the session, stay for drinks, snacks, and time to connect with other families. A fun and mindful experience for little ones and grown-ups alike! Each ticket includes entry for one parent and one child.
