We offer planning designed to support your meeting's goals, as well as options for fully catered meetings or quick snacks to energize you during breaks.

Meadowrue Social

Meadow Rue

Gather by the park. The 6,025-square-foot Meadow Rue has space to accommodate 400 people seated, or 600 standing. Entry at park level, by Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Social Space

The 5,000 square foot Social Space is detailed with natural lighting and glass air walls. Entry at park level, the flexible, open space is located between the Meadow Rue Ballroom and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Blue Wood Aster

The 1900+ square feet Blue Wood Aster has space to accommodate 250 guests standing, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The space is made up of three rooms and can be divided or opened up as best fit.

Pineapple

This 478 square feet space fits 40 guests standing and offers small bites, speciality drinks and incredible views of the East River and Statue of Liberty. Can be utilized on it's own or paired with the Cranberry space through connecting doors.

Cranberry

Situated through our 10th Floor Lounge, this 368 square feet space fits 20 guests standing and offers sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty. Can be utilized on it's own or paired with the Pineapple space through connecting doors.

We can’t wait to welcome your next meeting to our sustainable sanctuary. To do so safely and cautiously, we’ve consulted with leading health experts and our new director of environmental health and safety to construct a plan in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines that takes into account the complete experience for your gathering.
