Sommelier's Spotlight
Each week, our sommelier selects one bottle of wine to showcase - chosen for its sense of place, craftsmanship, and how beautifully it pairs with our menu. This rotating spotlight invites guests to discover a single bottle in depth, through the lens of the person who knows it best.
This week’s selection: Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico, Minnella 2024 “Etna Bianco” Tenuta delle Terre Nere. Etna, Sicily, Italy.
Made with native grapes, this volcanic wine is taut and mineral. You’ll have citrus peel, white flowers and a saline edge that screams Etna. Clean, driven and quietly complex, with a smoky finish and real length. Great with our Akaroa Salmon
